PLAY
If there are over 50 players you will be
randomly assigned to a table with an equal number of players.
When tables are uneven (2 or more players at one table
compared to the other), a player will be "reassigned" to the
short table. The player chosen to move will be the next
player to post the big blind. When only 10 players remain in
the tournament, players will be combined into one table.
All hands are high only. Cards read at all times (a
player can miscall their hand, but if they have a better
hand, the better hand plays at the showdown.)
When player runs out of chips in the middle of a hand,
they cease to bet for the remainder of the hand, but remain
in the hand. They participate to the extent that they were
able to bet. So, at the point that someone goes light, the
pot is split. If the light player wins, he wins the pot to
the extent that he contributed, and the 2nd best hand takes
the other part of the pot. If the light player loses, he is
eliminated from the tournament session and the best hand
wins the combined pot.
Play will continue until 1 player remains. All prizes
will be given out immediately. Payouts are based on the number of players.

DEALING
If there are 50 players or less we play at each table
until 2 players, are left. They then are combined to form a
final table. Once the players are at the table, each person will
select one card and the highest card will start the deal. If
there is a tie, players in tie draw again.
Once the dealer has shuffled the cards, the position
behind must cut the cards. The cut card must be on the
bottom of the deck.
Deal progresses as follows:
- Dealer deals two cards to each player; a small bet and
raises follow.
- Dealer burns a card (discards one card face down).
- Dealer deals the flop (three cards facing up) and
another small bet and raises.
- Dealer burns a card.
- Dealer deals the turn card (one card facing up)
followed by big bet and raises.
- Dealer burns a card.
- Dealer deals the river (one card facing up) followed
by a big bet and raises.
- The deal then gets passed clockwise one seat.

IMPORTANT: All chips must remain in front of you on the
table at all times!
The blinds reflect the ante for the 1st 2 players to the
dealer's left to play each hand (just like Vegas). The first
player to the left is the small blind, the 2nd player is the
big blind. The blinds are like an ante, and are not returned
if you fold your hand. On the first round of betting only,
the 3rd player on the dealer's left is the first to act (he
can call the big blind amount, raise, or fold for no cost).
All subsequent rounds of betting start with the first player
to the left of the dealer. The single bet refers to the
increments of the bet prior to the flop (and subsequent
raises) and the bets immediately after the flop. The big bet
refers to the bet made after the 4th up card turns, and
after the river card (5th card) comes on the board. A
maximum of 4 raises is allowed for each round of betting
(with the exception of 2 players remaining in the hand -
then the number of raises is unlimited). The deal, of
course, moves clockwise around the table.

MISCELLANEOUS
Any disputes or questions, tournament director decisions
are final.
If you are not there by 12:45 p.m., play will begin
without you with each hand (when it is your blind) costing
you your blinds.
If a player leaves during the tournament, no
substitutions will be allowed; his chips will be taken out
of play after two complete rounds.
Players are responsible for their chips and once play
begins chips must stay on the table.
If two players are eliminated at the same time, the
player who started the hand with more chips finishes ahead
of the other player.
